I specialize in counseling teens, young adults, and parents through individual and group therapy, and parent coaching at my office in St. Charles. Telehealth is also available, if preferred. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals across life stages and transitions. Areas of speciality and expertise include anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, stress, parent coaching, and school issues. 

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with 13 years of experience in public schools, private practice, and home-based services.  As a result of my years as a school social worker in public schools, I have a comprehensive understanding of educational systems and can assist parents in understanding and navigating school-based supports, 504 plans, and IEPs. I value partnering with parents, schools, and other service providers to create a cohesive support system for the adolescent and the family.

I am a mama to three girls and I enjoy time spent with my family, having dance parties, exploring national parks, and watching movies. When not in the therapy office, I can be found running by the river and rehabbing my 80-year-old house.
